 Deby Crook has been with Brazosport Regional Health System since August of 1980. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Texas Medical Branch School of Nursing and over the years has managed Labor and Delivery, Surgical Services, Telemetry, and the Intensive Care Unit.
In 2007, Deby earned her Master’s of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner certification from the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Nursing. In addition to her studies, she worked as a nurse and diabetic educator for the health system.
In August of 2007, Brazosport Regional Health System opened their first urgent care facility that offers care for non-life threatening medical conditions. As a licensed Nurse Practitioner, Deby accepted the position at the new Center to provide quality care to all age groups. Her role consists of examining, assessing, diagnosing, treating, and collaborating with emergency physicians to provide her patients with the best possible care.
Deby has now stepped in a new role as Nurse Practitioner of the Brazosport Regional Family Medicine Center in Brazoria. The Family Medicine Center will provide a full range of standard outpatient healthcare for the entire family. The goal of the medicine center will be to deliver high-quality patient care in the most professional way possible.
