Brazosport Regional Names Officers

Brazosport Regional Health System established a Mended Hearts Support Group in January 2008 and has named officers to help run the group. The group offers help, support, and encouragement to heart disease patients and their families.
The Mended Hearts Support Group meetings are held the 3rd Monday of each month from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM in classrooms B & C at Brazosport Regional. The group provides educational information and individual group support to recovering patients and their families. Next months group will feature Attorney Frank Mauro presenting on Advanced Directive, Living Will and Power of Attorney.
