Brazosport Regional Welcomes New Pediatrician to the Community
 Brazosport Regional Health System is honored to announce pediatrician, Dr. Sreekar Maruvada as the newest member of their medical team. As a Texas resident since age 12, Dr. Maruvada is excited to open his pediatric center in the Brazosport community.
A 2001 graduate of Mahadevappa Rampure Medical School, Dr. Maruvada completed his clinical clerkship at different facilities within Spohn Health System where he was actively involved in direct patient care in both the clinic and inpatient settings. Shortly after, Dr. Maruvada completed his residency at Driscoll Children’s Hospital in Corpus Christi.
Along with multiple professional memberships, Dr. Maruvada has several special pediatric certifications including Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Neonatal Advanced Life Support. In 2008, Dr. Maruvada accompanied children diagnosed with sever asthma to a summer camp. At camp, he closely monitored the children allowing them to participate in activities that otherwise may not have been possible for them.
Dr. Maruvada has established his practice, Kids Way, at 201 Oak Drive South, Suite 105 in Lake Jackson. Dr. Maruvada is dedicated to provide appropriate family centered patient care and advocate for children through excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
