Brazosport Regional Opens Newly Renovated Main Lobby

July 13, 2011 – Brazosport Regional Health System is proud to announce the upcoming opening of the Family Medicine Center in Lake Jackson. Main Lobby Will Receive Much Needed Renovation
May 19, 2011 – Brazosport Regional Health System announces that the renovation of the Main Lobby, located on Medical Drive, will begin on June 1st. The much needed renovation will help to serve patients more efficiently by improving the patient flow through the area. The main lobby will be closed during renovation and the project is scheduled to be completed by November. Click here to read more.
BRHS Names New Board Chair
May 6, 2011 – Brazosport Regional Health System is pleased to announce the appointment of Edward Speed to Chair of the Board of Trustees. Speed succeeds outgoing chair, Jim Martin, who has served as chairman of the board since 2004. Click here to read more about the new board chair.
Dow Donates Over $300,000 to BRHS
January 3, 2011 – The Dow Chemical Company Foundation recently announced a $313,880 donation to Brazosport Health Foundation to be utilized for the last phase of the Surgical Services renovation project at Brazosport Regional. This generous contribution will enable Brazosport Regional to continue to improve core facilities in the Surgical Services area and further enhance Brazosport Regional’s ability to provide exceptional surgical care. Brazosport Regional has been recognized nationally for receiving several surgical related awards from HealthGrades, including being ranked in the Top 10% in the Nation for Joint Replacement in 2010.
