Brazosport Regional Celebrates Annual Rehab Reunion
All past rehabilitation patients are invited to participate in this year’s rehab reunion on Thursday, September 25 at Brazosport Regional Health System.
The reunion is designed to celebrate the achievement of past patients and encourage the ones that are currently in the program. This year, lunch and dessert is provided and door prizes will be distributed. In addition, the rehab team has put together entertainment and festivities for all of the attendees.
There are several benefits from participating in the rehab program at Brazosport Regional including: individualize treatment plans, patient-centered goal setting, and quality services and therapy delivered by our certified rehabilitation professionals. Our rehab amenities include 13 private rooms, a personal dining area where meals are planned by certified dietitians and a mock apartment with a washer/dryer, kitchen, and walk-in bathroom to provide a “final exam” for those returning to their home and community settings.
The rehab reunion will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2008 from 3:00 to 5:00 PM on the 5th floor in the rehab gym at Brazosport Regional on 100 Medical Drive in Lake Jackson.
