 Brazosport Regional is pleased to announce the arrival of primary care physician, Dr. Srijaya Bandi. Dr. Bandi will provide care at the Family Medicine Center in Lake Jackson.
Dr. Bandi is a board-certified family physician specializing in Geriatrics. She completed her residency at the Community Health Center of Branch County in Coldwater, Michigan. During her residency she was selected Chief Resident and also elected resident of the year. Dr. Bandi went on to complete her Geriatrics fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.
Dr. Bandi was intimately involved with Clinical Research in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at the Hypertension Research Center in Milwaukee and she was a Research Assistant in the Department of Medicine for Finch University of Health Sciences - The Chicago Medical School.
As a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and American Geriatrics Society, Dr. Bandi will provide care to the entire family by providing regular health maintenance, preventative care and early detection of illnesses along with focusing on geriatric patients.
