Brazosport Regional Volunteers Win
First Place at State Convention

Brazosport Regional Volunteers attended the 67th Annual Texas Association of Health Care Volunteers (TAHV) Convention at the Hilton Americas in Houston last month and took home a first-place ribbon for their monthly newsletter, The Pink Link.
The Pink Link, named after the pink ladies, is distributed each month to all volunteers associated with Brazosport Regional Health System. The Pink Link features articles about new members, messages from area chairman, and upcoming events including luncheons, fundraisers, and seminars.
Nine volunteers, including Beth Wood, Barbara Lewis, Kathy Moore, Dot Libersat, Mary Layshock, Mary Monroe, Marcella Martinez, Barbara Maier and Volunteer Coordinator Diane Poston, attended the state conference. Out of 121 hospitals across Texas, the volunteers were awarded first place for their newsletter.
