Brazoria County’s First Annual Women’s Health Conference
Together, Brazosport Regional Health System and Brazosport College are hosting Brazoria County’s First Annual Women’s Health Conference. As primary caregivers, women are the ones to deliver the messages of health to their families, thus this conference has the potential to educate and provide health resources not only to the participants, but to the entire Brazoria County Area.
Brazosport Regional and Brazosport College recently announced this years Empowerment Sponsor, Texas Dow Employee Credit Union. Their financial support and generosity will continue to help educate the community about healthcare related topics.

The Women’s Health Conference will be held Wednesday, May 19 from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM at the Corporate Learning Center at Brazosport College. The interactive conference will feature Keynote Speaker Linda Armstrong Kelly, mother of Lance Armstrong, and Susan G. Komen President and 5 year breast cancer survivor, Eileen Campbell.
“I am thrilled to be apart of this inaugural event,” stated Linda Armstrong Kelly. “I’m excited to have the opportunity to share my story with others and hope to impact the women in the community.”
The conference will also contain breakout sessions, lead by local physicians and medical professionals, and will include a diverse number of topics relating to women’s health and their everyday lives.
