Certified Nurse Assistant or Patient Care Associate-Telemetry

Position Description:
Under the direction of an RN Team Leader, and as a valued member of the team, performs various patient care activities and related support services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of those served. Has understanding of how patient needs may be different based upon age.

Education:
High school diploma/GED required
Experience:
One or more current years experience in an acute care, long term care, or nursing home setting preferred.
License Required:
Current Nursing Assistant Certification with state registry approval is required;
