Responsible for performing, directing and coordinating patient care of a nursing unit with 24 hour responsibility. Provides leadership/guidance to other team members in maintaining standards of care and practice.

Education:
ADN required.
Experience:
2-3 years supervisory experience required. Previous experience in long term/rehabilitation preferred.
Special Skills:
Demonstrated successful management and supervisory skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
License Required:
Current Texas Registered Nurse License; Current BCLS certification
