Position Title: Occupational Therapist-Outpatient Rehab

Department:Outpatient Rehab
Position Description: Evaluates, plans, and implements all phases of Occupational Therapy provided in the hospital. On specific direction of the physician and, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, plans and implements activities suitable to the needs of the individual patient. Has understanding of how patient needs may be different based upon age.

    Qualifications:
    Education:Graduate of accredited school for Occupational Therapy
    Experience:1-3 years experience in outpatient setting preferred. Pediatric experience or interest preferred.
    License Required:Texas State License for Occupational Therapy;Current BCLS certification.
