Position Description: Evaluates and provides a treatment plan for patients requiring physical therapy in outpatient department. Has understanding of how patients needs vary according to age and developmental stage.

    Qualifications:
    Education:Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited university. Master’s preparation preferred.
