Qualifications:
Education:Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited university. Master’s preparation preferred.
Experience:2 years experience as Physical Therapist, home health experience preferred.
License Required:Licensed to practice in the State of Texas; BLS required; Malpractice insurance for practice; Texas Driver’s license and ability to drive within 50 mile radius of office on daily basis, able to provide transportation to visits.
