Qualifications:
Education:High School Diploma or GED required
Experience:1-3 years related experience and /or training. Clear driving record.
Special Skills:Performs painting and repairs to masonry, woodwork, floor covering, wall finishes, and furnishings of buildings. Maintains and operates boilers, HVAC equipment, water heaters, medical gas systems, electrical distribution and emergency power, water distribution, and sanitary waste systems.
