Position Description:
Responsible for providing social work services to Brazosport Regional Health System (BRHS) acute care patients and families as part of the Clinical Resource Services department. Acts as a liaison with medical staff, nursing, allied health professionals, community agencies and others. Demonstrates knowledge of the issues associated with individuals of particular age and development and applies this knowledge to practice.
